Thursday 31st July - send draft minutes of residents meeting to Emily Mottram and the residents who attended for amendments and agreement. RESIDENTS SHOULD SEND IN FINAL LETTERS TO MEET CONSULTATION DEADLINE !!!  THEY ALL COUNT !!!

Friday 1st August - circulate a shorter updating Note to residents to let them know broadly what took place and what we learnt

Monday 11th August - circulate finalised minutes to all attendees, and available to other residents on request

Monday 11th August - circulate copies of the handout materials used in the meeting

August - September 22nd - gather more signatures for our petition, organise our representations at the Local Committee meeting - probably the petition, a statement and possibly one question.

Monday 22nd September - attend Local Committee at 2.00pm - Town Hall, Reigate
