why do taxidrivers park in "disabled" parking spaces ?

Take a look at the front of Horley station, any workday, late afternoon/early evening.   Roadrunners and also A2B seem to have the impression that the parking spaces for disabled drivers are for them.   Why does the Council not take action ?  I have pointed out the signs to drivers, only to be told to F***K off.   The station manager has even been threatened with "a smack in the face" if he didn't P**S off, and stick to selling tickets.   PLEASE Horley/Reigate Council, enforce this facility for disabled drivers - if necessary make a bylaw !  It would also help to repaint the lines on the road and maybe put signs on posts.

I agree with you in the main - but it is not only taxidrivers.    Lots of other, selfish people feel they need to be as close to the entrance as possible.   Still, with a bit of luck they will someday find out how irritating this is...

Since the previous post the council has re-painted the lines and boxes on the station forecourt.   Well done !  Unfortunately, there are still some able "caring people" who think their need is greater than those with disabilities.
