Planning applications for Wayside - the issues to consider

Attached here is a letter to residents summarising the issues to think about when deciding whether to oppose the development of 9 apartments on the Wayside plot at 12, Russells Crescent, Horley.  This impacts residents in Russells Crescent, Burton Close and Hamilton Close.

Submissions to the Council must be in by:

 - Tuesday 15th June - to oppose the demolition of the existing property
 - Thursday 24th June - to oppose the 9 apartment development

But objecting to the 2nd one could be aided by objecting to the first one.
