Recent events at "Wayside" 12, Russells Crescent

Wayside has attracted a lot of unwanted visitors lately, requiring several visits to the property by our emergency services.

 - gypsies - scouting the property for lead and copper piping - police called
 - vandals - youths from Jack Fairman pub - police called
 - insertion of blue portacabins by owners, to prevent vehicles accessing the site
 - removal of piping causing water damage  - police called
 - gas leak caused by vandalism to piping - fire and police called to make the property safe
 - couple caught stealing contents - owner's response was "we don't really mind"

Given these latest events residents living nearby are keen to resolve the future of this property as soon as possible.
