What Horley Town Council think about the Wayside issue

A recent Horley Town Council meeting attended by several Russells Crescent residents was pleasing in that the planning application was unanimously opposed, and strongly opposed.  The Horley Town Council's response can now be read on the Reigate and Banstead planning search website under "related documents" attached to this planning application.

However, the Planning Committee for the Borough need not agree with the Town Council's view, and they could still vote to pass the application to build 9 apartments on this site.  It is likely to be debated at the Planning Meeting on 28th July (TBC).  If residents wish to attend they must register to do so in advance with the clerk for the committee.
